We stopped by my sister’s house on the way to a wedding in Birmingham a couple weeks ago. The first order of business was for her to hem Nate’s new suit pants that he will be wearing as best man in the wedding. While she was working on that, I took a few minutes to take some photos of the adorable pillow covers she makes. Just recently she decided to open up an Etsy store, currently offering these cute accent pillows made from vintage fabrics. My personal favorite is the one with the off-white ruffly zigzag pattern, but the bows are pretty cute too… and the one with the striped ruffle.  Lindsey is a trained seamstress with a degree in fashion from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). Check out her Etsy store here. If you like what you see but it’s not quite the right thing, I’m sure she can do custom colors or designs by request.
