This would be our third trip out to The Eddy in the last couple weeks. Their website is still a work on progress but you can find their hour and menu on their facebook page. Tonight’s visit was prompted by our friend Eric Henry who said “Join Lisa and I this Thursday to celebrate the holidays and enjoy this cool place. Bring your wallets, we are supplying the friendship ;-)”. Once we got there, it felt like I fell into my own personal “Cheers”….”Wouldn’t you like to get away? Sometimes you want to go…Where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.” Seriously, I think we knew about half the people there.

So let’s start off with the gustatory pleasures. I enjoyed this lovely plate of scallops over garlic mashed potatoes with asparagus. (I special ordered from the General Store.)
