I picked up my phone midday today… “Guess what, I’m headed home with lunch!”, Nate said. Minutes later he came through the door with two styrofoam containers that smelled delicious. “I brought you Crawfish Étouffée”. That’s a heck of surprise lunch gift. You can bet I was all smiles.
This was my first time trying out the goods from the King Creole Food Truck and it certainly wont by the last. Yum! King Creole has recently added the Burlington NC area to their weekly rotation and I’ve heard only good things about them. If you like spicy cajun, definitely track them down and try them out. You can usually find current location on Facebook.
