5-Day Water Fast Challenge ::: Into – First Time Fast

When friend and client Mitch Webb put out an offer of personal coaching through a 5 Day Water Fast, Nate decided to take the challenge. Friends. Family. Health Experts. Mindfulness and spiritual traditions. We’ve been hearing about the benefits of fasting from many different sources and Nate had an extended fast to his ‘someday’ list of personal goals. That someday was last Saturday night. Watching him move through this challenge, I’ve been so impressed with his resolve, working through the mental and physical challenges. Yesterday, on the last day of their fast, I sat down with Mitch Webb and Nathan Perry to create some blog / podcast style videos about the experience.
