When you meet Lauren you can’t help but notice she has the personality and smile to light up a room. And she’s not afraid to show a little sass from time to time. And Jimmy, he’s a bit quieter but he’s not above making a comment or two provoke a reaction in Lauren and bring that sparkle into her eye. But underlying that banter is a loving foundation. You can see it in the way he gently inspected her knee when it got scratched by a bramble and the way she casually rests her hand on his chest while we’re chatting. In those in-between moments there is a tenderness between them that is beautiful. Every woman wants to feel beautiful and cherished… to have their partner look at them like I saw Jimmy look at Lauren. These two highschool sweethearts have been through a lot together over the past 11 years and you can see the ease and knowing that comes from that shared history.
After almost 2 hours of walking in fields of tall wavy grass, canoodling against the side of a barn and playing around with their horses and dogs, Lauren giggles with her infectious laugh and teases Jimmy. “I bet you’ll never agree to have your picture taken with me again.” He laughs but then he says this… “I would do it again because it makes you so happy.”
Lauren & Jimmy are planning a romantic country wedding and will be tying the knot on a nearby farm this summer. We’ll be there to celebrate with you and document the next step in the story of your life together.
