Photography is considered a taxable item by the state of NC, so sales tax of 6.75% will be added to all orders.
Digital order will be delivered via download link. Print orders can be picked up at Upside Aerial or we can quote a price for shipping.

Do we get to view the photos before ordering?
Image selection is photographer’s choice or can be done in person if you want to meet with me at Upside Aerial. (Unfortunately we no longer offer online image selection due to some people choosing to save the preview images and then never ordering images. It makes me sad to have to limit this but sadder to have my work stolen.) I’m usually there for class/open studio on Friday afternoon, Sunday afternoon, and Wednesday evenings and can schedule image reviews for you during that time. Trusting us to select your best images enables us to offer deep discounts on our portrait pricing for the event.
How are products delivered?
Delivery for digital images and video is via emailed download links. We can also deliver files on a USB Drive for a small additional fee. Matted prints take 3-4 days to get back from the lab and then will be delivered to Upside for pickup.
What’s the difference between Matted Prints and Digital Only Images?
Matted Prints are professionally printed 8×10 images enclosed in a white 11×14 mat. When you purchase a Matted Print, we include it’s corresponding Digital Image file. Digital Only images are high resolution .jpg image files suitable for printing up to 8×10 in size.
