About a month ago, local celebrity Bob Garner stopped by our favorite co-op grocery store. Bob is a TV personality who regularly appears on UNC-TV’s North Carolina Weekend show. He is best known for his food reviews of interesting restaurants across the state.
If you want to see how it turned out, the show is airing on the NC PBS stations tonight (July 21st, 2011) at 9pm or catch the podcast.
If we’d arrived a few minutes earlier we probably would have been on TV since we grabbed that empty table just behind Bob to enjoy our own lunch.
It was interesting to watch as Bob and his camera operator wandered around the market, interviewed a few people and then started reviewing their footage to make sure they had what they needed before leaving.
